	Kate Lapides is a two time recipient of an Individual Artists grant from the Colorado Council on the Arts. Her evocative, moving photojournalism is distinguished by its intimate, empathetic portrayal of the individuals her camera frames. Kate's photography work for humanitarian non-profit organizations has taken her around the globe. The resulting images and stories have been exhibited in galleries and film festivals throughout North America.
